Haiti : climate and when to go to Port-au-prince
The climate of Haiti is truly tropical by the sea, with some variations depending on the altitude. There are two rainy seasons between April and June and from October to mid-November. Regular deforestation in Haiti causes droughts and floods. The cyclone period of Haiti spreads from June to October. Cyclones are a great threat to this very poor and abused country. Haiti has a real small potential beach and idleness, spoiled by political instabilities and its catastrophic economic and social situation. The advantages are that it speaks French and its cultural history. Disadvantages are the tourist areas below other Caribbean destinations, interesting spots are difficult to access and the population is very likely.

Weather uncertainties 2025 to go to Port-au-Prince ?

When traveling in the tropics as a seaside, rain is not welcome. If you see this indicator, with possible storms, that does not mean that it will rain all day long. When we observe the local rainfall, it is either really zero or very weak. Meteorologists prefer to be pessimistic. So observe below, the skies photographed during a week announced stormy in Asia. It did not rain once. I invite you to integrate this parameter before going to Port-au-Prince for a good trip to the sun!
